Attorney Francesco Roberto Frassoni was born in Milan on 2 February 1979, where he graduated in Law from the Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on the appointment of Banking Foundations administrative bodies, later published on the website of the Giovanni Agnelli Foundation.<\/p>\n

From 2005 to 2010 he worked with leading Milan law firms, providing professional assistance in civil, sports, banking, financial, insurance, and bankruptcy law.<\/p>\n

In 2008 he was admitted to the Milan Bar Association and began practising law also before the Vercelli Bar.<\/p>\n

In 2009 he attended a Master\u2019s course in Banking and Financial Law, and in 2010 he began practising independently, focusing on civil, banking, financial, and bankruptcy law.<\/p>\n

In 2013 Attorney Frassoni obtained the Master\u2019s degree in Business Law from Il Sole 24 Ore Ltd.<\/p>\n

From 2021 he has rights of audience before the Italian Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
