Attorney Francesco Roberto Frassoni was born in Milan on 2 February 1979, where he graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2005, with a thesis on the appointment of Banking Foundations administrative bodies, later published on the website of the Giovanni Agnelli Foundation.

From 2005 to 2010 he worked with leading Milan law firms, providing professional assistance in civil, sports, banking, financial, insurance, and bankruptcy law.

In 2008 he was admitted to the Milan Bar Association and began practising law also before the Vercelli Bar.

In 2009 he attended a Master’s course in Banking and Financial Law, and in 2010 he began practising independently, focusing on civil, banking, financial, and bankruptcy law.

In 2013 Attorney Frassoni obtained the Master’s degree in Business Law from Il Sole 24 Ore Ltd.

From 2021 he has rights of audience before the Italian Supreme Court.
